This Privacy Policy covers how Nancy
("Nancy", "we", "us", "platform" or
"our") processes the personal information you share with us and the
data we collect when you visit our Platform or our services. Personal
information about our users is an integral part of our business, so we read our

agree to the Privacy Policy outlined below. Capitalized terms not defined in

When you use Nancy, we collect personal information

interactions, use, and experiences with our Properties and receive information

Personal information you will need to provide. When
you set up your account, we ask you to provide limited, but not required,

functionality of certain Nancy services. You may also choose to provide us with
personal information for feedback and customer support services, or when you
agree to participate in a survey. These data vary from survey to survey.
Notes on "sensitive" personal information.
In some jurisdictions and in certain regulations, information that may reveal
an individual's racial or ethnic origin or details about their health or sex
life/sexual orientation may be considered "sensitive" or
"special category" personal information, among other data.
A note about location information. We may collect your
precise location ("Location") to determine your distance from other
users ("Distance Information"). Sophisticated users who use Nancy's
services in an unauthorized manner, or other users who change their location
while you remain in the same location, may use distance information to
determine your exact location and may be able to determine your identity. You
can choose to hide your distance information; However, the Nancy Service will
continue to sort and display your profile based on your relative distance from
other users. So, even if you choose to hide your distance information, others
may be able to determine your location. On Android devices, > the location
by going to Settings > Location > Nancy > permissions; Disable location
services on Nancy by adjusting your browser settings.
With your consent, we
may provide your account information (avatar, nickname, and other page prompts)
to the third party so that you can easily register for a third-party account or
log in directly with the third party for account authorization. In addition, we
may also obtain your third-party account information from third parties based
on your consent and link it to your Nancy service account to enable you to log
in and use our products and/or services directly with the third party. We will
use your information within the scope of your authorization.
Cookies and similar
device identifiers, commonly used on the Internet, are small files that are

send Nancy or upload photos from your camera roll if we have access to your
